myFiles

The myFiles service provides each member of the Northeastern University community with personal web-based file storage accessible from anywhere in the world. The service allows you to upload, store, access, retrieve and share files via the Internet using only a web browser.

Students are provided 1.0GB of storage and Faculty and Staff are provided 2.0GB of storage.

myFiles is a convenient, university-wide file sharing solution that can be used with any kind of computer. myFiles offers a way of eliminating the need for external storage components or sending documents through e-mail.

MyFiles allows you to share almost any kind of file, such as spreadsheets, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and more.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.

Support is provided by Information Services during normal University business hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357.

Currently, there is no charge for this service.

Faculty, Staff and Students receive access to myFiles as soon as they create their myNEU account.

myFiles is accessible via the myNEU Portal here. The myFiles icon is located on the top right side of the page within the myNEU Portal.
