Description

The myApps service provides remote (off-campus) access to University licensed applications for Faculty, Staff and Students.

Functionality/Benefits

Accessed via the myNEU portal, this service allows users access to University licensed applications while off campus. It also provides integration with the myFiles service which allows you to store your files on the web so they can be accessed remotely. All clients (Apple and Windows) must have the Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection software installed. Windows computers have this by default and Macintoshes can utilize a free download from Microsoft to obtain access to this service.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
