Web Hosting

Web hosting services are available to administrative departments and faculty members who create and maintain their own web sites, but would like a central environment to host them.

Web hosting options will vary depending on who is requesting the service. Eligible top-tier University and College web sites are created and maintained in partnership with Marketing and Communications using the University’s content management system.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.

Support of the hosting infrastructure is provided by Information Services, specifically the System and Production Services group. Hours of support will vary depending on the negotiated agreement between the business customer and IS. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357.
