Description
The ResNet (Network) service provides access to the intranet (for unregistered users) and Internet access (for registered users) to individuals over the ResNet network in residence halls.
Functionality/Benefits
Provides the Northeastern residence halls with redundant, high bandwidth, high availability, connectivity from Northeastern's data network to the Intranet / Internet.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
Support
Support is provided by Information Services during normal Service Desk hours of 7:00am - 12midnight Monday - Saturday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357.
