Media/Computer Equipment
Description
Media equipment and laptop computers can be used or reserved for presentations on the Boston campus. Service includes training on accessing and operating installed equipment and the use of both installed and circulating equipment is available by request.
Functionality/Benefits
A standard set of either installed or circulating equipment is available with a standardized user interface, making operation easier. Equipment is designed and installed to provide optimum integration. Installed equipment, circulating equipment available for pickup or delivery. Pickup is required for some units.

Hours of Availability
Service is available during class hours of 7:30am - 10:00pm Monday - Thursday and 7:30am - 6:00pm on Friday. Service can be made available for specific needs on a requested basis.

This service can be requested by contacting the Service Desk at 617-373-4357, visiting the InfoCommons at 184 Snell Library (SL), or by completing an AV Equipment Request form and emailing it to the Service Desk (help@neu.edu) for processing. Form can be found on the Information Services Website.
