Mainframe Reporting

Description

The Mainframe Reporting service maintains the integrity of the Bursar Record System (BRS), Loan Management System (LMS), Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable applications along with the Registrar's database. This system also processes the nightly EMSA batch updates, runs and distributes requested reports pertaining to financial aid, student registration and student admissions.

Functionality/Benefits

By maintaining the integrity of the system and limiting who has access to the data stored in the mainframe system, data is secure and reports supplied to customers will be accurate.

Hours of Availability

Service is available during the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday.

Support

Support is provided by the Information Services Operations group and Production Control group during the hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the mainframe operators at 617-373-4003.

Charge

Currently, there is no charge for this service.

Request for Service

This service can be requested by completing a Mainframe Reporting request form and emailing it to a member of the Information Services Production Control group for processing. The forms are specific to each Office and can be requested from this same group.
