Husky Cable

Husky Cable provides free TV channels to residence halls and selected locations for the academic community.

The service includes local channels, high definition channels and a movie channel that ResLife periodically refreshes the movie listings on a monthly basis. A list of the Husky Cable television channels can be found on the myNEU Portal here.

Service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.

Support is provided by Information Services during Service Desk hours of 7:00am - 12midnight Monday - Saturday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357.

For Residential Students, the charge is included in their room rate. For all other customers, the charge is $50 per month, per outlet.

This service can be requested by contacting the NTS Service Manager or the Service Desk at 617-373-4357.

For non-project based network moves and installs a BTA "Budget Transfer Authorization" request form will need to be completed and emailed to the Service Desk (help@neu.edu) for processing. The BTA form can be found on the Information Services web site here.
