Free Print Quota

The Free Print Quota Program allots Faculty, Staff and Students 400 pages free of charge (per print period) in NU Information Services managed computer labs. A print accounting program runs in the background and all pages printed will be charged against the individual’s free print quota. Individuals can check their free print quota and purchase additional pages via myNEU or by viewing a pop-up tray icon on a computer in one of the NU Information Services managed computer labs.

The free print quota account provides 400 pages of free printing each print period. The program also allows users to purchase additional pages at a cost of $.10 per page. Print quotas are automatically refresh on Jan 1, May 1 and Sept 1 of each year. Unused pages do not roll over to the next print period.

Support is provided by Information Services 24 x 7, except during holidays and intersession. Refunds are available 7:30 am - 11:00 pm Sunday - Friday. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357.

Every Faculty, Staff and Student account is provided 400 pages per semester at no charge. Additional pages may be purchased for 10 cents a page via the myNEU Portal.
