Enterprise Integration Services

Description

Enterprise Integration Services provides consulting and development services on integration approaches for Northeastern's disparate information systems used to support academic and administrative business processes.

Functionality/Benefits

The goal is to ensure that systems and components work together and that the underlying technology can be supported by Northeastern’s Information Services Department.

Hours of Availability

Service is available during normal University business Hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Resources can be made available for specific projects on a requested basis.

Support

Support is provided by Information Services (IS), specifically the Enterprise Data Services group. Hours of support will vary depending on the negotiated agreement between the business customer and IS. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357.
