Conference and Event Support

Description

The Conference and Event Support service provides technology support for many University-sponsored, non-classroom functions on Northeastern University's Boston campus. This support includes delivery and setup, access to installed media equipment, and technical support for meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Functionality/Benefits

Access to equipment, assistance with setup and operation of technologies installed at the site, delivered by Information Services, provided by the presenters or rented from outside sources is planned and executed by technology specialists.

Service levels will vary based on the negotiated agreement between the business customer and Information Services.

Hours of Availability

Service is available during normal University business Hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Service can be made available beyond normal business hours for specific needs on a requested basis.

Support

Support is provided by Information Services (IS), specifically the Customer Services group. Hours of support will vary depending on the negotiated agreement between the business customer and IS. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357.
