Computer Lab Reservation

Faculty and Staff can reserve one of 5 computer lab locations on the main campus. The labs provide student computer workstations and an instructor workstation with the standard University licensed applications. Locations available for reservation include 219 DG (37 seats), 120 SL (30 seats), 145 SL (21 seats), 202 SL (40 seats), 015 BK (26 seats).

Software and hardware is centrally managed consistently. Students are able to log in with their own credentials. Software updates, including virus protection, are done in a timely manner without user intervention. Hardware is refreshed routinely. Non-standard software can be installed upon request.

Hours of lab availability vary by lab. Please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357 for information on a specific lab. Service can be made available at other times for specific needs on a requested basis.

Support is provided by Information Services during Service Desk hours of 7:00am - 12midnight Monday - Sunday, except during holidays and intersession. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617-373-4357. Reservations may be made 24 x 7 through help@neu.edu or by calling 617-373-4357 from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
