TUNE-UP TEAM INFORMATION

The ResNet Tune-up Team is a mobile version of the ResNet Resource Center. Throughout the fall and spring, Tune-up Teams will move around to different residence halls, providing computer support to residents without the trip to Speare Commons.

• Laptop owners should bring their laptop and power adapter. Desktop owners need only bring their tower.
• Tune-up Team staff can assist with software configuration, Symantec Endpoint Protection installation, NUwave setup, malware removal, and more!
• If your computer's problem is severe and requires a complete reformat and reinstallation, if data backup is required, or if in-depth hardware diagnosis is required, you may be asked to bring your computer to the ResNet Resouce Center.
