On Sunday May 25th from 6 a.m. to noon most Northeastern University computer services will be unavailable. During this time, Northeastern Information Services will be performing significant upgrades to the University's data center. These upgrades are critical to our ongoing service high availability plan.This outage includes, but is not limited to:
myNEU
Most Husky and Credit Card transactions
All Lotus Notes e-mail, including Blackberry service (during this period, some senders will receive message delivery failure errors and may need to resend messages)
Departmental (Q) drives
All NUnet applications
Printing at InfoCommons
These services will be available during the outage:
InfoCommons computer lab (access to Internet only)
Blackboard (Access at http://blackboard.neu.edu )
ResNet / NUnet Internet access
NUnet applications on the Dedham, Burlington and Downtown campuses
www.northeastern.edu (some pages may link to sites that will be unavailable during the outage)
