2008 Community Satisfaction Survey
Information Services (IS) engaged MOR Associates, an independent firm who has designed similar surveys for both MIT and Stanford, to conduct our annual Community IT Satisfaction Survey. We thank everyone for taking the time to complete the survey and for the confidence the community expressed in our services. We were especially pleased to see the positive marks given to our Help Desk/Call Center and to the overall network infrastructure, two areas we have been improving in, compared to earlier surveys.
