Telephone Services for Students
Residence Hall rooms are equipped with phone jacks, but students must contact Verizon for service. Students will need to purchase telephones before arriving to school. Verizon service representatives will be available on campus during September move-in to assist you.

Telephone Services for Faculty & Staff
Faculty can request telephone service through the IS Help Line (617)373-4357(xHELP), then Press 3 for Faculty or Staff help, and then Press 4 for Telephone Services.

if you have general questions about your NU telephone service.
